You can also call the Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790 to book a flight. Please note that there is a $20 charge for tickets purchased via the phone. If purchased at the airport, there is an additional $30 ticketing charge. At this time, there are no ticketing fees for reservations made and ticketed on www.aa.com.

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided from most official conference hotels to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center beginning Saturday, May 30 (limited service in the morning and late afternoon only) and Sunday, May 31, through Wednesday, June 3 during official conference functions. Shuttle hours will be posted at the hotels and at the convention center.
Hotels within walking distance that will not be served by the shuttle include Renaissance Washington, Grand Hyatt, Embassy Suites Convention Center, Hampton Inn Convention Center, Henley Park, and Morrison Clark. All other hotels will be served by shuttle buses.
The Walter E. Washington Convention Center is conveniently located next to the Mt. Vernon Square/7th Street Convention Center metro station. You can travel to this metro station via the GREEN or YELLOW line. If you are flying into the Ronald Reagan National Airport you can take the metro directly from the airport to the convention center. It will be the 7th and final stop on the YELLOW line.
